*Stand Alone Mall:

A stand-alone mall refers to a shopping center that operates independently and is not part of a larger retail complex or development. It is a self-contained retail destination with its own management, facilities, and amenities. Stand-alone malls typically have a singular building or a cluster of buildings that house a variety of stores, restaurants, and other retail establishments. They often have their own parking facilities and are not directly connected to other shopping centers or establishments.

Group Mall:

A group mall, on the other hand, is a shopping center that is part of a larger retail complex or development. It is characterized by multiple interconnected buildings or a single large building that houses various retail establishments. Group malls often feature shared facilities and amenities, such as parking lots, common areas, food courts, entertainment zones, and other shared services. They may also include additional components like residential spaces, office buildings, hotels, or entertainment venues within the same development.
