She skillfully combines her industry knowledge with innovative thinking and data-driven insights to devise effective strategies that allow DLF Malls to thrive even in challenging retail environments.
Ms. Bector started her career in the hospitality industry at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and later worked as the Marketing Head for Domino’s Pizza at Jubilant FoodWorks. These early experiences provided her with invaluable tools and knowledge that she later used at DLF to establish successful footprints in India’s retail landscape.
During her tenure at DLF, Ms. Bector has demonstrated her leadership skills as the Vice President and Mall Head of DLF Promenade. Her creative marketing campaigns and cohesive operational strategies transformed the space into a thriving fashion destination, even during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. She also established six food courts for DLF before taking on her current role.
As the Executive Director of DLF Retail Malls, Ms. Bector is responsible for providing executive leadership across marketing, leasing, finance, and operations.
Apart from her professional achievements, she is an alumnus of Harvard University and has a passion for music and cinema. She cherishes quality time spent with her children and family.

A graduate of Mumbai University with a business program from the University of Michigan and IIM-A, Najeeb has over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector with 20 years of specialisation in mixed-use retail-centric assets. He has in-depth domain knowledge of hyper-local and regional markets coupled with extensive relationships with leading developers, land owners, national retailers and financial institutions. Over the last decade, he has developed and managed large retail-centric mixed-used assets, building a strong track record in creating incremental value for the asset owners.
Najeeb continues to be driven by innovation across the retail industry and is focused on ensuring that PPZ stays ahead of the competition through the early adoption of technology, data analytics and the owning of end customers through constant engagement. Najeeb also has been actively involved in the consummation of multiple investment advisory transactions within the retail real estate segment. Najeeb is also the Chairman of the south chapter of SCAI (Shopping Center Association of India).

Mr. Pramod Arora has been associated with Cinemas, Real Estate, Retail and the larger investment eco system in the industry for the last 3 decades. Since 1996, with advent of cinema multiplex development in India, he has been playing a pivotal role in development and growth of shopping centres and cinemas.
An astute, accomplished and seasoned professional, he presently leads, guides & enables growth, expansion and development strategy at PVR INOX alongside all other facets of the business. From a very humble beginning with a 4 screen multiplex cinema in Delhi in 1996 to more than 1700 screens across the country in 2023, he is widely regarded as the brain behind the growth of modern age cinema theatres & shopping centres in the country. Designing and developing the best in class, hospitality led cinemas spaces to mergers, acquisitions and financial structuring of complex deals, he has been actively involved in helping unleash the India consumption story in modern retail and cinemas.
Coming from over 20 years of professional experience, I am currently serving as the Vice President,
Business Development – India & Global at Being Human Clothing. In my current capacity, I spearhead

Mr Surjit Singh Rajpurohit took over as the CEO of Amanora Mall Pune in 2017 and is now leading the City Realty and Development Pvt Ltd-owned mall into an admirable retail model. Under his dynamic leadership, Amanora Mall has reached new heights to become one of the most preferred shopping, food and entertainment destinations in Pune. He revived the mall by introducing several changes from revamping the facility to adding to the brand portfolio and taking the mall to the next level.
With a robust experience of over two decades in the retail sector, Mr Rajpurohit has been one of the pioneers in mall management and development in the country. He was heading India’s first organized retail mall, Ansal Plaza, New Delhi way back in 1999. After Ansal Plaza, Mr. Rajpurohit moved to Jones Lang LaSalle as Head Business Development & Marketing Advisory for the vertical SANDALWOOD which was a joint venture between Jones Lang LaSalle & Colonial First State Property Management (Australia) for introducing Retail Asset Management in India in 2007.
It was during his tenure with JLL that he realised that there exists a gap for right expertise for managing shopping centres which prompted him to start his own venture IDEAS Consultancy & Advisory in 2009. As founder & CEO of his own company, IDEAS Advisory & Property Management Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Rajpurohit conceived and popularised the science of designing and planning malls.
